Lone Tree Golf Club offers two ladies league options:

Tuesday Morning LT 18 Hole League

Lone Tree Women’s Golf Association (LTWGA) is an 18-hole league with play on Tuesday mornings from September to April.  The following information relates to the LTWGA Tuesday league:

Membership dues and the establishment/maintenance of a handicap are required for membership.

The LTWGA is a competitive, but fun league.  By-laws allow up to a 35-handicap to be used for determination of contest and tournament winners.  Presently, there are approximately 25 active members in the league.  The group consists of winter residents as well as those who live in Arizona year-round. 

There are four tournaments throughout the year, while on other dates there is a weekly game.  Prizes are paid out from the weekly $5.00 fee ($4.00 for the prizes, $1.00 for the league).  Additionally, birdies and chip-ins are rewarded weekly from the “pot” of quarters collected from the participants prior to each weekly round of play.  There is also a “hole-in-one” pot that an individual may buy into initially for $5.00.  When a player, during league play, gets a hole-in-one that player is rewarded with the funds from the pot.  The hole-in-one “pot” is then replenished by those who want to buy-in with $5.00.
